Cancellation policy

We advert to the fact, that the offered photo works are not prefabricated and that for its manufacturing the individual choice and therefore the decision of the buyer is essential. That is why, according to § 312 g par. 2 Nr. 1 German Civil Code, there is no right of cancellation of the order.

Yet, customers / buyers of an artwork can cancel their order for free prior to transfer of the purchase amount. In that case, please use the contact form. On the day of ­transfer, the manufacturing of the individually configurated artwork begins. At this point the order can no longer be cancelled.

Information on warranty

With the individual configuration and order of the work at Inside-Gallery, an exclusive and highly limited, possibly unique artwork is made. The making of each work occurs in many, certified at a Germany-based manufacturing business that has been specialized in the making of photo artwork production for more than a hundred years.

Today the term manufacturing contains the manual (batch) production. This way of manufacturing is used particularly in the making of exclusive, luxurious products. Through the minor numbers a way higher price of manufacturing compared to mass production occurs.
If – despite our extensive demands on quality assurance – any damages, impairments, misdeliveries, quality defects and defects of title are discovered, please immediately get in touch with us through the contact form. We will gladly replace the artwork free of charge in case of valid objection.

In andy instance of surface irregularities through the Liquid Gloss-method, please take into account that the works are produced manually with natural products (resin). These irregularites are not sign of defects. Due to the custom-made by hand of passe-partout can cause tolerance both in dimensions and in the shape and flatness to +/- 1 mm. This is not a defect.

Delivery- or transport damages

In any instance of delivery- or transport damages, the buyer has to check the product for any damages and bring them to the attention of to the shipping agent before the acceptance. If any defects are noticed after the acceptance, the buyer has to bring them to the attention of or notify Inside Gallery within the time limit of five days. This might happen through the contact form. If the buyer neglects to do so, the enforcement of notice of defects for such obvious damages is impossible.
